ConSergio.ai

ConSergio.ai is an AI tool described by its creators as “The virtual concierge for your property”.

ConSergio.ai is the digital concierge for hotels, bed and breakfasts and independent accommodation providers. The guest scans the QR code in the room and finds a chat that answers in their own language at any hour, books the property's services and follows the status of the request. The staff receive the requests on a board, already written up.
